The name says it all!! This is one of our favorite heart healthy plant based recipes. Red beets, which give it heart-helping nutrients, also gives this veggie juice it's deep, rich color. This juice is perfect for a raw fruit and vegetable diet:
Ingredients2-3 carrots (depending on size to make 6 oz)
1 celery rib
1/4 red beet
1/4 bunch parsley
Handful of spinach
Peel carrots, cut celery in 2" sections, and run all ingredients alternately through juicer. Strain juice, and ENJOY!
