Raw Almond Butter Hummus

This unique and savory hummus recipe will keep them coming back for more!

Ingredients

¾ cup sunflower seeds (soaked overnight and drained)
½ cup raw almond butter
1 medium zucchini (cut into 1" pieces)
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of one Meyer lemon
3 garlic cloves (peeled)
1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt (or to taste)
¾ tsp cumin
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of paprika

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in food processor with an "S" blade and process until creamy. If too thin, add some more almond butter.
2. Cover and store in the refrigerator. It will keep refrigerated for several days
