Our friend Sally wrote to us, "I use Pita Pocket bread from Ezekiel 4:9:00 called 'Prophet's Pocket Bread," which I found in the Health Food Store. To make the filling, cut up different vegetables in bite size chunks (I use red pepper, cucumber, celery, shredded carrots, tomato, broccoli, sprouts, etc. . . whatever is on hand .Then I make a paste of refried beans and/or Nayonaise eggless Mayo, add it to the veggies, and mix well. Put this mixture in the pocket bread, place in a ice chest or refrigerator at work, and ENJOY! If you get tired of taking your salad to work in bread, try cutting up vegetables for dipping and take along a side container of a healthy salad dressing to dip them in."
