Ingredients:
8oz. whole wheat pasta
1/2 red pepper, sliced into strips
1/2 green pepper, sliced into strips
1 small onion, sliced into strips
1 garlic clove, minced
1-2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. boil pasta according to package directions
2. while pasta cooks, steam saute onion, garlic, and peppers and add pasta when it is done.
Theres no need for a sauce because the onions make it moist and sweet! This is really good with a salad.
