Oriental Rice

This delicious Oriental Rice recipe by Shay Hopper, Hallelujah Acres Chef, makes for a hearty vegan dinner. It uses an ingredient you may not know about, called Nama Shoyu, a raw, unpasteurized Japanese style soy sauce. This sauce gives our rice a flavorful twist.
