1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup molasses or honey
1/8 teaspoon vitamin C crystals (optional)
2 1/2 cups organic whole wheat flour
1 cup organic unbleached flour
1/2 cup quick oats
2 tablespoons vital gluten
1 teaspoon yeast
"Place ingredients in machine in order given and bake on the whole wheat cycle.
Variations: Poppy seed/Onion Bread: add 2 tablespoons dried onions and 1 tablespoon poppy seed after the yeast is added. Cinnamon/Raisin Bread: add 2 teaspoons cinnamon after the yeast, and about 1 cup of raisins at the add ingredients beep." ENJOY!
