Mary's Waldorf Wonder

Mary's Waldorf Wonder

This smoothie recipe is a unique spin on traditional raw vegan salad recipes. Mary's Waldorf Wonder comes from Health Minister Mary Jaqua who lives in Winslow, Maine: "Dear George, We continue to appreciate all you do to support us in helping others learn the wonderful truth, 'You don't have to be sick!' Eating raw is a joyful experience. On the way to making a fruit smoothie one evening, I came up with a new idea. I call it my WALDORF WONDER:"

Ingredients

  • 2 large organic Apples
  • 1 stalk organic Celery
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened Coconut
  • 1/4 cup organic Raisins
  • 1/8 cup Walnuts (Preferable soaked overnight)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground Flax Seed
  • 1 cup distilled Water
