Organic Wheat Spagetti
Organic Spagetti Sauce
Optional: Refried or Pinto Beans
Boil organic wheat spagetti as normal.
Drain noodles after cooking approx 15 min in already rapidly boiling water.
Use Organic Spagetti Sauce (approx 1/4 to 1/2 jar per serving depending on how much sauce you like).
I found the Organic Sauce too thin for my liking so I thicken it with approx 1/4 cup of refried beans (more or less to your thickness preference).If you do not have fresh pintos to mash use 1/4 can per serving of canned no salt/diet refried beans.
Mix the beans into the sauce while heating and mix well until smooth. Yummy!
