This is one of Linda's favorite vegan recipes. Packed with so many nutrients and only clean ingredients, this juice is great for a raw fruit and veggie cleanse. Ingredients
3/4 pound carrots1 large apple
1/2 medium beet
Ginger to taste
Directions
Peel carrots, if the apple is organic, quarter, remove stem, leaving skin and seeds (If not organic, peel, quarter, and remove skin, seeds and stem), scrub beet and leave tops on if organic. Size of ginger piece will determine zing. Run all ingredients through juicer, drink very slowly, mixing each mouthful with saliva to enjoy the subtle flavors before swallowing. ENJOY!
