Moms Weight Loss Juice

For those moms (and anyone else) wanting to lose some weight, this is an excellent meal replacement, and one of the best plant based recipes for weight loss. It is also excellent for anyone who desires good health, whether overweight or not. Try this raw fruit and veggie cleanse: 

(Easy vegan meal for one and only contains about 100 calories)

Ingredients

1/2 pound of carrots

4 stalks of celery

1 apple

Directions

Peel carrots, clean celery and cut into 2-inch pieces, and if the apple is organic, quarter, remove stem, leaving skin and seeds (If not organic, peal, quarter, and remove seeds and stem.) Run all ingredients through juicer, drink very slowly, mixing each mouthful with saliva to enjoy the subtle flavors before swallowing. Enjoy ENJOY!
