Ingredients
1/2 pound of carrots
4 stalks of celery
1 apple
Directions
Peel carrots, clean celery and cut into 2-inch pieces, and if the apple is organic, quarter, remove stem, leaving skin and seeds (If not organic, peal, quarter, and remove seeds and stem.) Run all ingredients through juicer, drink very slowly, mixing each mouthful with saliva to enjoy the subtle flavors before swallowing. Enjoy ENJOY!
