"Hi George, This fabulous recipe is a cheese substitute, and can be used as a sandwich spread, a topping for baked vegetables, used on crackers, a dip for kids with a platter of bite sized veggie pieces, and the list goes on. I put it in my kid's lunch boxes sometimes. Hope you find it very useful."
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon Celtic Sea salt (to taste)
3 tablespoons grated carrot
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup corn flour
2 cups hot distilled water
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/4 cup yeast flakes
1/2 cup lemon juice
Directions
Blend all ingredients until satiny smooth. Heat in a large pot, stirring constantly until thick. Put into a flat container and chill in the fridge. (Use as a butter or cheese replacement. Very yummy on jacket potatoes and roasted vegetables.) ENJOY!
