What's better than a raw vegan meal that's so delicious it can be a meal or even dessert? Here's a new easy raw vegan recipe from our friend Leann. She shared,"Hi Dr. Malkmus, This is something I sometimes have for a late raw diet breakfast or lunch. - it would also make a nice raw dessert."
Ingredients
1 tablespoon softened raw almond butter mixed with a little maple syrup
2 tablespoons raisins
2 raw walnuts (broken into pieces)
1/2 cup to 1 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries
1 banana (sliced)
Directions
Stir to mix all ingredients except the almond butter and maple syrup. Then drizzle the almond butter and maple syrup over the mixed fruits and nuts. ENJOY!
