This wonderful juice is simple to create and share with others. This delightful treat is a great way to enjoy the harvest bounty.
6 large celery ribs
1 extra-large cucumber or 2 medium
1 lemon, peeled, seeds removed
1 apple, core removed
8 or so parsley sprigs, including stems and leaves
2. Feed ingredients through the juicer.
3. Strain and serve, or store in 8 oz. canning jars, filled to the brim before adding lid. The goal is to keep out as much air as possible. Store in refrigerator.
