Janice's Sautéed Zucchini is the perfect addition to any simple vegan menu. Made with only a few ingredients, like vegan vegetables, protein-rich almonds, and zesty garlic, it's an easy way to cook vegan. It may just be one of your favorite go to vegan meals!
Ingredients:
3 medium Zucchini
2 medium or 1 large Onion
1/2 cup Almonds, halved
1 or 2 cloves Garlic
Celtic Sea Salt to taste
Directions:
Slice the zucchinis, chop the onions, and mix together with the almonds and garlic. Saute mixture in a small amount of distilled water until almost tender. Celtic Sea Salt can be added before or after sautéing." ENJOY!
