Jackie's Black Bean Salad is very simply and easy to make.
1 cup Black Beans (cooked and drained)
1 cup Celery (diced)
1/4 cup Sweet Onion (diced)
1/4 cup Red Pepper (diced)
1/4 cup Tomato (diced)
2. Stirring occasionally for best results.
3. Serve on shredded lettuce or eat as is.
