Ingredients
1 cup Cranberries
2 large sweet apples (peeled and chunked)
3 Medjool Dates or 8 small dates (pitted)
1/4 cup Raw Unfiltered Honey (Honey can be eliminated by adding extra dates)
1 tablespoon Orange Zest (Zest is the finely grated part of the outer skin)
Small pinch of Celtic Sea Salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon OR Pumpkin Pie Spice
Optional: pinch of ginger and/or allspice
Directions
Place apples in a food processor with an 'S' blade and process only until course consistency is reached. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until desired consistency. Place in non-metal bowl, cover, and refrigerate long enough for flavors to mingle. ENJOY!
