Ingredients:

3 Bananas (ripe)

4 Dates (pitted)

1 tablespoon Flax Seed (ground)

Several drops of pure Vanilla Extract (to taste)

Directions:

Blend above ingredients and then add cut up Fruit of Choice (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, peaches, or any fruit of choice) to the blended mix. MMM GOOD! ENJOY
