Ingredients
1 large Lettuce Leaf (Romaine or Green Leaf)
Raw Tahini (Enough to spread down center of lettuce leaf)
2 Medjool Dates cut in half lengthwise
Directions
Wash and dry the lettuce. Spread Tahini down the center of the lettuce leaf and top with the halved dates. Roll sides of lettuce over the center and ENJOY! Or you can place these on a plate with each sandwich secured with a toothpick. This makes a very attractive lunch, not to mention they are DELICIOUS!
