This sweet, crunchy salad adds a bit of zing to any meal.
Ingredients
4 cups carrots (grated)
1 cup raisins
1 cup hulled sunflower seeds
1 small chopped sweet onion
1 cup vegan mayonnaise (see Flax Seed Mayonnaise recipe)
2 Tbsp maple syrup
