This comes from Ann, who writes: "I think too many easy and simple raw food recipes don't end up in cookbooks, mostly because they are so simple . . . but I think we need more of them. So here is one for the 'simple' pile. This is also a raw delicious quick snack.
Ingredients:
10 baby carrots (or one large carrot)
1 Fuji apple (or other sweet apple)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)
Directions:
Shred carrots. Shred peeled apple. Add cinnamon, toss, eat, and ENJOY!
