The Hallelujah version of a southwestern favorite

Ingredients

2 ears white corn (raw and cut from cob)
1 can of black beans (drained)
1 red pepper (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 small sweet onion (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp chili powder (or to taste)
juice from one lime

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
