Ingredients

  • 2 ears White Corn (raw and cut from cob)
  • 1 can of Black Beans (drained)
  • 1 Red Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 Green Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 small Sweet Onion (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder (or to taste)
  • Juice from one Lime

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
Whole-food meal with leafy greens, beans, grains, berries, avocado, seeds, and vegetables being prepared in a sunlit kitchen.
