1/2 ripe avocado (peeled and then diced)
1 grapefruit (cut in half, and with a grapefruit knife cut out sections
Grapefruit juice (after cutting out sections, squeeze out rest of juice)
4 cups romaine hearts (sliced 1" thick), or leaf lettuce
1/4 cup (or less) extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons raw unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar
4 cloves garlic or to taste (chop or press)
Celtic Sea salt to taste
Put the lettuce on a plate, add grapefruit sections, and top with diced avocado. Whir the oil, vinegar, grapefruit juice, garlic, and salt, in a blender, or stir together with a fork. Drizzle over salad." ENJOY!
