Spice up any occassion or family gathering with these quick snacks. Be careful for they will not last long, these yummy treats go REALLY quick.
2/3 cup dried plums (prunes)
2 medjool dates, pitted, torn in pieces
1 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil
4 Tbsp. orange juice*
1/8 tsp. unrefined salt
2. Stop a couple times while processing to check "dough" consistency and scrape down ingredients from the sides of the bowl
3. Form into balls about the size of a golf ball
4. Store in the freezer
5. *Option: For a tarter flavor, instead of 4 Tbsp. orange juice, use 3 Tbsp. orange juice and 1 Tbsp. lime juice.
