Simple, delicious and all raw! This raw vegan salad is packed with fresh and colorful vegetables, and the marinade adds a zesty and tangy flavor that will awaken your taste buds. With just a few simple ingredients and a little bit of preparation, you can make a nutritious and delicious salad that's perfect for any raw food vegan meal plan.
Ingredients2 cups grated Carrot
2 cups grated Cauliflower (Can use Food Processor with S blade)
2 stalks Celery (finely minced)
1/2 cup Sweet Red Onion (finely minced)
(This makes a nice mix, but we have also added other veggies - such as grated beets, or broccoli, or red, yellow or orange bell peppers, etc.)
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Flax Seed Oil
2 tablespoons Raw Honey
1 teaspoon All Purpose Herb Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Italian Herb Seasoning
Mix together above ingredients and pour over prepared veggies. Allow to marinate, the longer the better. Hope you ENJOY this salad as much as we do!"
