1 tablespoon Carob Powder
1 package Stevia 1 cup Almond Milk
Mix carob powder and stevia, add almond milk, and stir or blend. (If using the Sweet Almond Milk recipe below, Stevia would not be needed as a sweetener. Just add a tablespoon of Carob powder to a cup of Sweet Almond Milk, and ENJOY. Sweet Almond Milk is also delicious without adding carob, and is an excellent healthy replacement for unhealthy cow milk.)
Recipe for Sweet Almond Milk
1 cup raw organic Almonds
3-4 pitted organic dates
6 cups distilled water
Soak almonds overnight, drain & rinse. For a nicer almond milk, slip off brown skins before blending. Pit dates. Blend half the almonds, half the dates and 3 cups of distilled water until creamy. Then add remaining ingredients and blend again till creamy. Pour through a fine strainer to remove pulp and refrigerate. Will store in refrigerator 3 - 4 days.
