Well, as a result of last week's recipe inspo, Dorothy sent in an almost identical recipe (except for seasonings) and called it "BRUSCHETTA" (pronounced: broo sketta). Can't find that word in the dictionary either, but I can tell you that this is a vegan friendly food and absolutely dazzling for your taste buds. Following is Dorothy's vegan recipe easy:
Ingredients
1 Large Tomato (cut into small bite-size pieces)
2 small cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon Oregano
Celtic Sea Salt (to taste)
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Prepare above ingredients, and mix with the Olive Oil. Toast a slice of organic Italian Bread, rub with a clove of garlic, and put tomato mixture on the bread, letting excess overflow onto serving dish. A very good lunch!" ENJOY!
*ORGANIC INGREDIENTS ARE ALWAYS RECOMMENDED.
