Delicious Raw Pesto Veggie Dip

A delicious dip for raw veggies!


2 cups fresh basil
1/3 cup pine nuts (soaked one hour and drained)
1 large clove garlic (minced)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (more if needed)
Celtic sea salt to taste
pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)


1. Place first three ingredients in food processor with "S" blade and process to a creamy paste.
2. Slowly add oil until a dip consistency is achieved.
3. Add salt and cayenne to taste.
