A delicious dip for raw veggies!
Ingredients
1/3 cup pine nuts (soaked one hour and drained)
1 large clove garlic (minced)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (more if needed)
Celtic sea salt to taste
pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
2. Slowly add oil until a dip consistency is achieved.
3. Add salt and cayenne to taste.
