Ingredients

1 1/2 cups raw almonds (soak for 4 hours)
3 medium carrots (shredded)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
1 green onion (chopped)
2 stalks celery (chopped)
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/2 - 1 tsp cumin (to taste)
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp kelp powder
Celtic sea salt to taste

Directions

1. Put first 5 ingredients in food processor and blend to desired consistency and texture.
2. Add a little distilled water if necessary.
3. Pour contents into a bowl and add the last 5 ingredients.
4. Mix well, refrigerate, and serve.
