apples
pears
celery (chopped)
walnuts
Rhonda's Cranberry Sauce (Recipes for Life from God's Garden - page 287)
extra virgin olive oil (optional)
Directions
2. Slice apples or pears (or a mixture of both) in a pinwheel arrangement on the top of the greens.
3. Add some chopped celery.
4. Top with Rhonda's Cranberry Sauce.
5. Top with chopped walnuts.
6. You can drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil on top if you like.
