Ingredients:
spring greens
apples
pears
celery (chopped)
walnuts
Rhonda's Cranberry Sauce (Recipes for Life from God's Garden - page 287)
extra virgin olive oil (optional)
Directions:
Place spring greens or other lettuces on a plate. Slice apples or pears (or a mixture of both) in a pinwheel arrangement on the top of the greens. You can also add some chopped celery. Top with Rhonda's Cranberry Sauce as found on page 287 of "Recipes for Life . . . From God's Garden" book. Then top with chopped walnuts. You can drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil on top if you like. ENJOY!
