Ingredients:
2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
1/4 cup green (or red) bell peppers (chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 carrot (diced)
4 stalks celery (chopped)
1 small cucumber (chopped)
5 sprigs parsley (chopped)
Directions:
Mix above ingredients gently, place on a pile of dark green lettuce leaves, add your favorite salad dressing, and ENJOY!
