Ingredients:
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
14 cup warm water
2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard
2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
2 heaped teaspoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon dried chives (or fresh)
2 teaspoons dried parsley (or fresh)
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
- Blend ground flax seeds with water in a blender or food processor until thick.
- Add vinegar, mustard, Braggs and blend.
- Add garlic and herbs and blend well.
- With blender or food processor running, drizzle olive oil in slowly to form an emulsion. Allow to cool before serving.
