Ingredients:
Full pot of fresh cauliflower
Butter (to taste) or 1 tablespoon of Udo's Oil
Celtic Sea Salt (to taste)
Directions:
Steam the cauliflower until soft enough to mash, remove from heat, and mash with a potato masher. Add the butter (or Udo's Oil) and Celtic Sea Salt or whatever other seasoning you like, and ENJOY!"
