1 small Sweet Potato (grated or flaked)
1/4 cup Raw Almonds or Walnuts (chopped & soaked)
1 Banana (sliced)
Sweet Almond Milk (From Rhonda's Recipes for Life recipe book)
Directions
Mix first three ingredients together and pour Sweet Almond Milk over it. It's crunchy, delicious, and won't get soggy in the milk.
