14 Year Old Sara's Salad

Friends of all ages can make amazing plant powered recipes! Fourteen year old Sara writes: Hello Rev. Malkmus, I'm Sara and I am on The Hallelujah Diet and I thought of a great idea. I made my own raw vegan salad with very healthy stuff like lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cucumbers, non-dairy soy cheese, and avocado. It tastes very good and it's one of the healthiest salads I have ever made. I am sure you will like this salad and that other people will like it too. God Bless you and your family. Here's how I made it:"

Ingredients

  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Pickles
  • Cucumbers
  • Avocado
  • Non-dairy Cheese

Method

  1. Chop lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cucumbers and avocado (you decide the amount of ingredients you want).
  2. Take a slice of non-dairy pepper jack soy cheese and crumble into small pieces
  3. Put all the fun stuff into a large bowl, mix it up, and ENJOY!
Whole-food meal with leafy greens, beans, grains, berries, avocado, seeds, and vegetables being prepared in a sunlit kitchen.
