Ingredients
1 ¼ cups raw pecans
2 Tbsp. almond butter
2 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil
½ tsp. unrefined salt
1 cup medjool dates, pitted and torn in half
Directions
2. Process until a doughy texture. You may need to stop from time to time to stir ingredients down from the side of the bowl.
3. Roll into balls about the size of a golf ball.
4. Store in the refrigerator.
