They require a food processor to integrate the dates and nuts into a rich, chewy magnificent texture and taste. They are fairly simple to make. Consistently storing these treats in the refrigerator or freezer ensures something sensational on-hand. You never have to reach for junk food with such fabulous options on the Hallelujah Diet! Pamper your taste buds with a nut-rrific nut ball recipe!
Ingredients
1 ¼ cups raw pecans
2 Tbsp. almond butter
2 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil
½ tsp. unrefined salt
1 cup medjool dates, pitted and torn in half
Directions
2. Process until a doughy texture. You may need to stop from time to time to stir ingredients down from the side of the bowl.
3. Roll into balls about the size of a golf ball.
4. Store in the refrigerator.
