Ingredients
6 to 8 ounces of organic apple juice or almond milk or rice milk1/4 cup frozen organic blueberries or other frozen organic fruit
1 to 2 rounded tablespoon of Nutritional Essentials Vanilla flavor
2 to 3 Tbsp of freshly ground organic flax seed or B-Flax-D supplement
Also very helpful, add 200 mg of DHA (the contents of 1 or 2 capsules) for the first month and then reduce to 100 mg
