Summertime is when the weather heats up and we all want something cool and refreshing after a long day in the sun or even a long day at the office. If you're looking for some healthy raw foods summer recipes to try out, look no further. We have several delicious options you're sure to love this!

Mango Zucchini Lettuce Wraps:

This delicious lunch or dinner is as easy as it sounds. Slice up mango and zucchini and wrap in romaine lettuce. For an added punch of protein, add avocado, and if you're really feeling adventurous, whip up a ginger-soy sauce for dipping.

Smoothie Bowls:

For this, you'll need your almond milk, fresh or frozen berries, protein powder, chia seeds, granola, and even some almond butter. Toss everything but the granola in a blender and blend it up, then top with granola, coconut flakes, and more fresh fruit for a delicious breakfast that is not sipped, but eaten with a spoon. Add some raw nuts for extra protein and crunch.

Tomato Cucumber Caprese Salad:

So simple and so delicious! Slice up fresh cucumbers, fresh tomato, and toss with vegan mozzarella cheese balls. Add a dash of your favorite spices including cumin, basil, and oregano, and add some olive oil for a light dressing. Mix it all up and enjoy!

Chickpea Salad:

Whip up this delicious and filling raw salad in a matter of minutes and stay full for hours. You'll need chickpeas, palm hearts, tomato, olives, basil, and lemon juice. You can make as much or as little as you want, and you can always put the leftovers in the fridge.

Rainbow Bowls:

These are as delicious as they are pretty. Creating a rainbow bowl allows you a lot of freedom when it comes to what types of ingredients you want to include. Generally, in this type of bowl, as you can tell by the name, is very colorful, which means you get to put a lot of raw delicious veggies in it. What you'll normally find in these bowls are sliced carrots, red peppers, green peppers, tomatoes, lima beans, kale, spinach, mango chunks, sliced onion, sliced squash and zucchini, and so many more. It really is up to you as far as what ingredients you put in the bowls. Add a lemon vinaigrette or zesty peanut sauce to spice it up.
