MS for 20 years... gone!

MS for 20 years... gone!

Can MS symptoms vanish? Can lifelong heart disease just disappear? And can 60 days be all it takes to start a new life? If this week's testimonies are any indication, the answers are yes, yes, and yes!
Testimonies make my day! Nothing excites and encourages me more than learning of someone who has seen their health restored and/or life extended (unless it's that someone has been born again into the kingdom of God, that is). Please keep those letters coming, as I read them every one.
“Dear Dr. Malkmus, I’m 70 years old and have had Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for 20 years and been in a wheelchair for 15 of those years – that is until I learned of and adopted the Hallelujah Diet. In July 2009, after attending a seminar given by Chet and Bev Cook in Lewisville, Texas, my friend and caregiver adopted The Hallelujah Diet. I have always been interested in diet, nutrition, and how diet and lifestyle affects health, so The Hallelujah Diet became a perfect match for my interests and health needs. The teachings of Hallelujah Acres promoting a raw diet and juicing was very new to both of us, but the evidence that it was the way to go kept mounting as I read Dr. Campbell’s China Study, Dr. Malkmus' God’s Way to Ultimate Health and Rhonda’s Recipes for Life from God’s Garden books. After only a few months on The Hallelujah Diet and with the abundant use of vegetable juices, I began taking a few steps with my physical therapist. Now, after months in outpatient therapy, I am walking with a rollator (a walker with a seat on it). Some days I am even able to walk using a cane, and I can now walk into the therapy room from my van or bus, and I no longer have any MS symptoms. My friend, who is 72 years old and also on The Hallelujah Diet has had various heart problems in the past – arrhythmia, fatigue, chest pains, rapid heart rate, and worsening palpitations. After only a few months on The Hallelujah Diet he saw all his heart problem symptoms simply disappear. We both are now enjoying our new found energy, freedom from colds and the flu, and the knowledge that we are now doing our part to obtain and sustain a healthy lifestyle. We are so thankful to God, His diet, to you, your publication, and to all the research being done there at Hallelujah Acres in order to bring about a healthier world.” Judy B., Texas
“Hi there Rev. Malkmus! I came to your ‘God’s Way to Ultimate Health’ seminar there in Shelby the first Saturday in December 2010. I am on day 45 of the 60-Days to Reclaim Your Health internet program and have already lost 10 pounds. I have been taking BarleyMax and juicing every day, along with a smoothie and salad for lunch. Then some cooked veggies for supper. I am now 100% vegan. I am so excited to have found you because you were the inspiration for a radical change in my life – no more caffeine, no more meat or dairy. I feel lighter, healthier, and no longer roller coast during the day with tiredness. I now have all the energy I need to take care of my three small children as a stay-at-home mom. Beginning the diet just before the holidays was quite a challenge because of being with family and out of town for Christmas. But I stayed true to the diet even though traditional foods were in abundance. My dedication to the diet inspired others to eat healthier. Thank you so much for all you do to help others live a healthier lifestyle. Your website www.hacres.com is so fantastic and I will continue to invite friends to your seminars there in Shelby on the first Saturday of each month.” Christine C.
“Hi Rev. Malkmus, I just read in your Health Tip that you plan on ‘scaling back’ some of what you do at Hallelujah Acres and my heart fell. I got so scared. I don’t want to lose you. You don’t know me, but you saved my life. I read every Health Tip, every word of it. I also read your magazine. I don’t want to bore you but you have saved my life in many ways. I am not sure how to say the following – but I appreciate the way that you encourage us to live The Hallelujah Diet 100%, and without cheating. It sort of reminds me of my favorite quote: ‘Reach for the moon, if you miss it, you’ll still land among the stars.’ I live in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and am hoping to make it to one of your ‘First Saturday-of-the-month’ seminars there in Shelby soon. I also want to become a Health Minister. It was when I was studying in Oxford, England that I first became aware of an alternative way to eat – but it was your ministry four years ago that put it all together. I can never thank you enough and can’t wait to meet you. By the way, I appreciate what you say about the Lord as well, and base your teachings on the Bible!” MaryAnn H., Pennsylvania
