No matter what diet you’re on, sometimes you need something that is ready to grab and go, which is why having some DIY raw food bars on-hand is always a good idea. The raw food diet is a wonderful option to bring balance and health back into your life and your body, but it also means that finding snacks at the store is a little more difficult. This diet requires much more preparation than the SAD (Standard American Diet), but it is so worth it. Our DIY raw food bars recipes make it easy to have options ready to go for a quick snack or meal replacement.
