Part 1: Key Nutrients For Immune System Support

Support a strong immune system with these vitamins.

For decades, the political leaders, drug industry and medical community who refer to themselves as "health experts" have recommended combating disease and illness with vaccinations. What they don't realize is the fact that God created us all with clean, pure blood, which was made to promote a strong defense system on its own.

Our immune systems were built to keep our bodies alive and well. But how do you make sure this self-healing mechanism won't break down? According to Rev. George Malkmus' foreword to Michael Dye's book "Vaccinations: Deception & Tragedy," that means fueling it with the raw foods God provides in nature.

"Your immune system works best when it's provided proper nutrients."

"When we eat the world's dead, devitalized, genetically altered chemicalized so-called foods, our immune system becomes very weak. … But when we eat the way God intended, our immune system stays strong and functions the way it was designed to function!" he said.

Your immune system works best when it's provided proper nutrients. In this series, we'll discuss which ones are most beneficial. Here are a few vitamins Michael Dye suggested paying close attention to:

Vitamin A
Vitamin A is essential for fighting infection and bacteria by keeping the skin and mucous membranes healthy, both of which act as the body's initial barriers for blocking invasive microbes. Aside from keeping the skin, eyes, bones, teeth and hair tissue healthy, vitamin A combats environmental toxins and can help alleviate sickness. The best sources of this vitamin include raw carrots, yams, pumpkins, broccoli and dark green leafy vegetables.

B Vitamins
All B vitamins contribute to how the nervous system works and they're all essential for digestion and helping the body absorb other nutrients. Vitamin B6 is one of the most important in regard to the immune system. Studies have shown people living with vitamin B6 deficiency do not produce as many antibodies as they should. Consider our Vitamin B12, B6 and Folate supplement for immune system support and even more health benefits.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C is another one with an amazing impact on the immune system. It extends cell life and supports protection against infections, viruses and bacterial toxins. citrus fruits are great sources of vitamin C, but papayas, pineapples, bell peppers, apples, strawberries, broccoli and green leafy vegetables are even better.

Our primarily raw diet is loaded with essential nutrients that will keep the immune system strong, but you can benefit even more from our supplements. The Super Immune System Kit is the perfect way to get started. Learn about more essential vitamins and nutrients in Part 2 of our series.
