Did you know that the diet God gave Adam some 6,000 years ago was not only the diet God designed to properly nourish Adam’s body, but the body of all humans who would follow? Interestingly, this same diet is also the diet that will provide the resources the body requires so the innate self-healing prevents and even corrects diabetes as well as most other physical problems?
Yes, you read that right...
I am saying that the diet God told Adam to eat in the Garden of Eden, in Genesis 1:29, was not only the diet that would properly nourish the physical body of Adam and all humans who would follow; but, it was also the very diet that would nourish the body in such a way that the innate self-healing God placed within would prevent and even correct all manner of disease!
From the beginning, from the very creation of that first human (Adam), it was not God’s will or plan that we humans ever become sick!
So God, in His infinite wisdom took His first human creation after creating him and placed it in a garden so he wouldn’t get sick. A garden for which the Creator God had spent the first four days of creation laying the groundwork (see Genesis 1:1-19), a garden God prepared to receive His human creation (Adam).
We read more about this garden God planted in Genesis 2:8:
“And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom He had formed."The Bible teaches that after God had finished creating this gorgeous garden, He created man on the sixth day (Genesis 1:26-27), and placed him in this garden the Bible calls “Eden.” And what does God tell His first human creation? He tells Adam that all the food needed to properly nourish his physical body was to be provided by the plants in that garden. You can read exactly what that diet consisted of in Genesis 1:29:
“And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed (vegetable), which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for food."This diet was not only the very diet that God, the Creator of man, in his infinite wisdom knew would be the one that would properly nourish and sustain physical human life on earth. God also knew it was the very diet that would enable the innate self-healing to prevent His human creation from becoming sick. How do we know this to be true? Because in Genesis 1:31 we read:
“And God saw everything that He had made, and behold it was very good."From the very beginning, sickness was not part of God’s plan for His human creation! How do we know that? Because God said that everything He had created was “very good” in Genesis 1:31. God would not have called the plants in the garden He had created and told man to eat for food in Genesis 1:29 “very good” if it would cause sickness in His human creation. Interestingly, in the New Testament, written at least 4,000 years after the creation of Adam, we learn that it was still not God’s will that man be sick. consider what the Bible says in 3 John verse 2:
"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth."If we, according to the Bible are supposed to “be in health”, why do so many people, including some of the most Godly Christian people, experience sickness, and why do Christians as well as non-Christians suffer with such debilitating diseases as diabetes?
Let's Talk About Diabetes
There are two types of diabetes:Type 1 Diabetes
- People diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, also called “childhood diabetes” do not produce insulin on their own and usually have this condition from childhood. The cause of childhood diabetes is usually the drinking of cow’s milk.
- Without insulin, the sugar (that fuels all of our cells) from foods that are consumed cannot be escorted into the cells that make up the body. Type 1 diabetics need to take insulin regularly and monitor their blood glucose levels for the rest of their lives.
Type 2 Diabetes
- People diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, often called “adult onset diabetes” is usually caused by the blocking action of the fat that is coating the cell preventing the insulin the body is producing from reaching the insulin receptor within the cell.
- When your cells do not receive enough insulin to eliminate all the glucose from the blood or when the body stops being able to use the insulin effectively, a person is diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
Are Doctors, Drugs, and Spending More Money The Solution?
In spite of our pouring billions of dollars into this diabetic problem, diabetes is the fastest growing disease in America, and insulin and prescription drugs, and the spending of all that money is doing absolutely nothing to stem the tide or put out the fire. Friend, you do not have to be included in the above statistics, nor do your spouse or children have to be included in these grim figures! The choice of whether you or a family member develops, or dies from complications resulting from diabetes, is up to you! Yes, you have complete control over whether you develop diabetes, because the curse of diabetes will not come without a “cause.” The Bible reiterates that fact in Proverbs 26:2, where we read: “ . . . so the curse causeless shall not come."The Cause of Diabetes
Some will tell you that diabetes is caused by a lack of or insufficient production of insulin by the body. But the truth is that most Type 2 diabetics are producing more insulin than the non-diabetic individual. Others will tell you that sugar is the cause of diabetes. Sugar certainly plays a significant role, but sugar is not the CAUSE of diabetes. The cause of diabetes is fat, the very fat found in high protein animal source foods, and the very high fat containing animal foods doctors in their ignorance prescribe diabetic patients. When a person consumes animal source foods (flesh & dairy, including cheese), loaded with fat, this fat coats the body’s cells, preventing the insulin from reaching the insulin receptors within the cell so that it can properly handle glucose. The failure of the insulin to reach the insulin receptors within the cell because of the blocking action of the fat causes blood sugar levels to rise ultimately leading to the diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes. The body finds itself with too much glucose (sugar) in the blood, and due to the blocking action of the fat, it hinders the insulin’s ability to carry the glucose into the cells. (Insulin is essential for glucose to enter the cell.) Glucose originates in the foods we eat, while the pancreas secretes the insulin, which is necessary to transport the glucose from the blood to the cells. In a Type 2 diabetic, there is hardly ever a shortage of insulin initially! The pancreas is secreting plenty of insulin. In fact, as I said earlier, most diabetics are producing more insulin than the non-diabetic. So the need for a Type 2 diabetic is not more insulin, but a change in diet. Sadly a person suffering with Type 2 diabetes is given more insulin which just exacerbates the problem, while never fixing the problem. The problem is not insufficient insulin, but rather, because of the blocking action of the fat coating the cells, the glucose is hindered from entering the cell. The pancreas responds by pumping out ever more insulin in an effort to get that glucose into the cells, but that insulin is hindered from entering the cell by the fat that is blocking its entrance. Eventually the pancreas becomes exhausted, and stops trying to manage glucose, and this produces higher levels of glucose in the blood. This is very dangerous, because when glucose builds up in the blood, instead of entering the cells as it is supposed to, the cells are starved of energy while this glucose buildup in the blood produces complications in small blood vessels, especially in the eyes, kidneys and heart. The Solution To Insulin Resistance
The fat found primarily in animal source foods is what coats the cells and causes the cells to resist insulin, while the solution to insulin resistance is the removal of all animal source fat from the diet! Once a person with Type 2 diabetes stops taking fat-laden animal source foods into their body, the fat begins to shed itself from the cells, and the cells become insulin sensitive once again! This occurs because there is no longer anything to block the insulin from entering the cell. Now insulin no longer has a problem reaching the insulin receptors within the cells, and the person soon ceases to be diabetic. How Does Adam's Diet Prevent Diabetes?
If you have been carefully reading this article, you already know the answer to that question. Adam’s diet, the very diet God gave His first human creation in Genesis 1:29, was totally devoid of anything of animal origin! Without the fat, derived from these animal source foods, it is practically impossible for a person to develop type 2 diabetes. And on the flip side, if a person wants to get rid of diabetes, the very first step is to remove fat containing animal source foods from their diet. Here at Hallelujah Acres, we have received hundreds of testimonies from insulin dependent diabetics, reporting that once they stopped consuming animal source foods, and adopted the Hallelujah Diet, based on God’s 100% plant based Genesis 1:29 diet, and started exercising, their diabetic problem was soon a thing of the past. One of our Health Ministers reported that after more than 50 years of being an insulin-dependent diabetic, within two months of adopting Hallelujah Diet, no longer was he an insulin dependent diabetic. Hallelujah! If you are not already on Hallelujah Diet, may I encourage you to give it a try! Additional help for diabetics can be found here!
