3 cups firmly packed organic watermelon, seeds removed, and diced
5-6 fresh mint leaves
½ - 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger, or to taste
4-5 ice cubes
4-6 drops liquid stevia, or to taste
*Optional green boost: 1 cup firmly packed fresh spinach


1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
