Ingredients
1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup chopped pecans
Grind in your food processor then add:
1/2 cup carob powder
2/3 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix well and pat in an 8-inch square pan that has been sprayed with extra virgin olive oil. Refrigerate until firm, and then cut into squares. ENJOY!
