HINT: Use food processor for cabbage, celery, onion, and apples
Ingredients
1 cabbage, finely chopped (for extra color, use 1/2 head green and 1/2 head purple cabbage)
4 stalks celery, finely chopped
3 carrots, grated
1 onion, finely chopped
2 apples, finely chopped
Dressing
1/2 cup raw honey or agave nectar
1/2 cup lemon juice or unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1-2 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp celery seed
Directions
1. Blend lemon juice, honey or agave nectar, olive oil, celery, and salt in a blender until smooth.
2. Place cabbage, celery, carrots, onions, and apple in a bowl and stir in dressing.
