This recipe is a spin-off of Rhonda Malkmus’ Strawberry Dressing recipe. Her original version adds 4 tsp. raw, unfiltered honey, or other sweetener. She recommends leaving the ingredients slightly chunky.
½ cup orange juice, freshly extracted
1 Tbsp. raw, unfiltered, apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. organic, extra-virgin, cold pressed olive oil
¼ tsp. unrefined salt (optional)
2. Pulse on and off until desired consistency is reached. Dressing can be slightly chunky.
3. Cover and refrigerate.
4. Add to salad just before serving.
