Shallot Vinaigrette

Shallot Vinaigrette

This wonderfully gourmet dressing can be prepared in just a few minutes. Goes great with our Mixed Greens and Pears recipe.


¾ cup shallots, minced
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
2 Tbsp raw unfiltered honey
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¾ tsp Celtic Sea Salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper


1. In a small bowl, whisk together shallots, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
2. Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking to incorporate.
3. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
