Yum, a pesto that's fully raw vegan. Here's another tasty, easy raw recipe from Susan Schenck and Victoria Bidwell's new book The Live Food Factor:
Ingredients
2 cups raw pecans (soak 4-8 hours, rinse and drain)
1 bunch cilantro
1 medium sweet red onion
4 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 small lemon or lime
Ginger to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor, and using an 'S' blade, process until smooth. Excellent over raw zucchini noodles. ENJOY
