Ingredients:
1 banana
1 apple (peeled and cored)
Any other fruit of choice (I like peaches)
4 tablespoons raw almond butter
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor with the "s" blade or in a blender. ENJOY!
