This vegan recipe comes from Trudy Eriksen:
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup peaches (fresh or frozen)
2-3 bananas
1 cup rice milk
2-4 tablespoons ground organic flax meal
Directions:
Grind flaxseed into meal and set aside. Blend really well, strawberries, peaches and bananas. Add rice milk and flax- meal, and blend again. ENJOY! (Amount of ground flax-meal used will determine thickness of pudding.)
