From Hallelujah Holiday Recipes, page 81:
1 cup cranberries
2 large sweet apples (peeled and chunked)
3 Medjool dates
1/4 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/4 cup raw unfiltered honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Pinch of ginger and allspice (optional)
Place apples in a food processor with an 'S' blade and process until course consistency. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until desired consistency is reached. Be careful not to over process. Place in a glass bowl, cover and refrigerate so flavors can mingle. Keeps for days refrigerated. ENJOY!
